Tom Rowan began Rowan Engineering Consultants (REC) in 2005 and has at different times since then availed of support from the Local Enterprise Office in County Meath. Eighteen people are now employed between the main office in the Scurlockstown Business Park, Trim and a second location in Tuam, County Galway.
