Martinstown Lodge

County Meath is home to Martinstown Lodge where horses are used to deliver unique leadership coaching and help clients reach their potential.  It was established in 2021 by Emma Jane Clarke and is a short drive from Athboy.  Their clients include corporates and multi-nationals and one of their target markets is women who have ‘imposter syndrome’.  With the client undertaking a series of supervised and practical exercises with the horses, Emma Jane provides insight into areas of potential development and how to deal with possible blocks to leadership success.

She availed of supports from Meath LEO  including mentoring to help refine and communicate her messaging.
