This special purpose award has been developed especially for owners and managers of businesses in or expanding into the food tourism sector.

Graduates of this programme will be equipped with a unique blend of skills in the areas of strategic business planning, web analytics, digital marketing communications and customer experience management. The addition of a human resources module will support participants by giving them the essential skills and knowledge necessary to recruit and retain the right people to achieve their strategic objectives. The focus of these carefully chosen modules along with applied learning approach is a powerful and unique combination which will result in a powerful commercial impact.

This programme is aligned to objectives outlined in the Boyne Valley Food Strategy 2016-2021 where both Louth and Meath County Councils, and their respective Local Enterprise Offices, made a commitment to provide training supports to new and existing businesses.
