This session will have a presentation from the Aldi team providing an overview of the 2021 Grow with Aldi application process. (closing Feb 2021). There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions and explore the relevance of the programme to their business.

Bookings While this is a free event, it is necessary to book your place to facilitate the meeting link to be sent to you.

Developed in partnership with Bord Bia, the programme is designed to help small and medium producers gain experience and exposure for their products. Participants will receive tailored mentoring and bespoke workshops with the Aldi Buying team, the Aldi Marketing team and Bord Bia technical experts.

For 2021, Aldi are making a particular call out for any products with sustainable features, this can be characteristics of the actual product or the method in which the product has been produced.

Aldi will choose 50 of those suppliers, whose products will feature in one of Aldi’s ‘Grow with Aldi’ Special buys event. A final five of the products will then be chosen to become a core range listing in all of Aldi’s 145 stores nationwide.

Over 80 products went on sale in 2020 as part of the Grow with Aldi Supplier Development Programme. Five suppliers were then chosen to form part of the core range nationwide.

We were delighted to be one of only five suppliers that were part of the Grow with ALDI Christmas program. This shows their commitment to constant support for small Irish suppliers.
