Programme Format
The programme consists of three sessions (two in person and one online). The in person sessions take place in the new offices of Meath Local Enterprise Office/Meath County Council located in the THRIVE Building, Navan Business and Technology Park, Athlumney, Navan, Co Meath, C15 E8KV.

- Case studies of high-performing Meath/Irish eCommerce sites.

Each business will receive:
- Two one-hour private Zoom sessions with an expert mentor.
- A recorded copy of each session for future playback.
- A customised mini-report outlining key recommendations and action steps.
These mentoring sessions will be used to tailor advice to the specific needs of each business, addressing website improvements, platform integrations, product strategy, advertising campaigns, or other growth-focused priorities. |
