What is Grow Remote (Roscommon)?

Grow Remote - Grow Remote is a remote-first Social Enterprise, which was founded in Ireland in 2019. Starting as a group of volunteers with a mission to focus on preventing the depopulation seen across rural Ireland, to our major towns and cities for employment opportunities. After securing funding from Enterprise Ireland in 2020 it has grown into a growing organisation employing 10 full-time employees. Grow Remote's mission is to assist people to live, work and participate wherever they choose. This is done in 3 main ways: 1) Empower companies to transition to remote-first, 2) Land remote jobs for people, and 3) Build Local communities for remote workers

Empowering companies transition to an organisational structure that works for them is at the heart of what Grow Remote does. They have provided training to 1,000s of managers, team leaders and employees over the last 3 years. All of the training provided by Grow Remote is fully-funded for the participants, provided online and industry led, leading to Grow Remote being recognised as the industry expert of Remote Working in Ireland and beyond.
