Programme Objectives & Outcomes:
Reset & Refocus is a post-summer reset for business owners — a chance to step back before Q4, get clarity on direction, and make the end of the year count.
Here's a quick summary of the 2 workshops:
Workshop 1: Reset & Refocus — A goal-setting and direction session for business owners. Participants build an honest picture of where their business stands today, what success looks like in 6–12 months, and the real blockers in the way. Each participant is leaving with 2–3 committed priorities for thier business.
Workshop 2: Leading with Trust — Practical leadership skills for owner-managers, focused on psychological safety. Participants explore what's helping or hurting trust in their team and leave with one specific behaviour they're committed to changing.
These workshops are all built and facilitated using LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP).
The Trainer will provide all the LEGO and materials.
