Cork Incubator Kitchens

Cork Incubator Kitchens is a unique and modern concept developed by Cork County Council in Carrigaline, Cork.

This state of the art commercial kitchen is available for leasing at very affordable rates at anytime, day or night, to help you scale up production, develop new products or test the commercial viability of new business. It is the ideal interim solution before any large capital investment is made by your company.

Two separate kitchens are available for hire with the following equipment:

Zanolli 3 Deck Oven                                        Tilting Bratt Pan

Tilting Bratt Pan                                               Combi Oven

Spiral Dough Mixer                                          Blast Chiller

Food Mixer                                                       Vacuum Packer

The simple booking process can be done via the website: www.corkincubatorkitchens.ie

• When entering the website your first step will be to create a profile for your account and then register with C.I.K.
• To register you answer a few tick box questions and pay a deposit of €250.
• When this is complete we are alerted and we will be in contact with you to arrange a site induction.
• The induction finished, you will then be able to fully use the website to book your desired times on the site calendar. Bookings are set in hourly increments (min 2 hours).

The Incubator Kitchens are managed by The Food Safety Company.
