The 5th Quality in Ireland Conference is set to take place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, Dublin on Thursday, the 20th of October 2016. The theme of this year's conference is 'Does Quality Pay?' 

Speakers will present and discuss examples of where quality pays, not just in reducing costs but also in improving customer service, response times, efficiency etc.
