  • Video/photography jargon & terminology explained
  • Photography for food & drink- how to capture images for social media and website
  • How to film and edit content, using just your smartphone
  • What free or cost effective apps to use & how to use them
  • Where to purchase optional cost effective equipment and attachments
  • Uploading and promoting your stories on various social media platforms 
  • Lots of demonstrations included and each participant receives comprehensive notes (20 pages) with step by step instructions and links for further viewing and reading

Ken McHugh is Creative Director of Lefthand Productions and has 25 years experience in the entertainment industry working with the likes of Woody Allen, Bressie, RTE and TV3, as well as advertising campaigns for Birds eye, Yoplait and Mitsubishi.
