Human Resource Management 3 Day Programme

North Cork Enterprise Board is offering this programme to North Cork based small businesses. The programme will cover Employment Law and how to become compliant and pass a labour inspection. Furthermore, how you could organise and set up a Performance Management System. You will learn how to deal through the Disciplinary Procedure with non performing employees. By the end of the programme your business should have all of the required HR skills to organise your workforce and you will have the skills to deal with employee issues at work and how to manage people.
