The Accelerate Programme 2018: 

Accelerate is a management development programme which offers structured support for owner-managers of small businesses which have been up and running for a minimum of 18 months or more. The aim of this programme is to provide you (the owner manager) with the management, leadership, business skills and knowledge to achieve sustainability and growth in your business.

The programme will help you to:

• Effectively address your business challenges
• Develop and grow your business
• Incorporate proven management strategies into your business
• Gain a greater understanding of:
  •       Why you are in business and where your business is going
  •       Marketing your business
  •       Continuous improvement
  •       Developing yourself and your entrepreneurial capabilities

• 7 x full day training workshops

• Each of the 7 training days will be from 9.30am-4.30pm and the Celtic Ross Hotel, Rosscarbery, West Cork. 

Mentoring:

• A number of one to one mentoring hours will be available to each client with the trainers.  More information on the mentoring will be made available at the start of the programme. It will be tailored to each client’s specific business development needs. The mentoring will be a mix of on site and phone contact.

Application Process:

• This will be open after the 27th of April 2018 and places are limited. The LEO will determine if a client is at the right stage with his or her business to partake in the programme in 2018. 

Cost of the Programme:

• The programme will cost €200 per person, this includes 7 full days of training, all training handouts, tea/coffees and lunches thorughout the training, and a number of one to one mentoring hours. The programme fee is highly subsidised by the LEO Cork North & West. The fee is only applicable once you have been offered a place on the programme.
