Local Enterprise Week 2016 presents: Well seasoned - Building a successful food business

As part of our Local Enterprise Week (7th-11th March 2016), we are delighted to be running an exciting food event at Inchydoney, Clonakilty. This event is ideal for food business start-ups as well as for established food businesses.

Our Event Facilitator: Geraldine Harney of RTE

  • 9am-10am: Registration, tea/coffee and morning pastries, informal networking opportunities
  • 10am-10.15am: Introduction by Kevin Curran, Acting Head of Enterprise, Local Enterprise Office Cork North & West
  • 10.15am-11.30am:Stephen & David Flynn,The Happy Pear followed by Q&A
  • 11.30am-12.00midday: Morning break
  • 12.00pm-12.30pm: Nick Munier, TV personality, Masterchef Judge, Restauranteur.  
  • 12.30pm - 2.00pm: Panel Discussion and case studies with: Nick Munier; John O'Connell, West Cork Distillers; Caroline Murphy, West Cork Eggs; Valerie Kingston, Glenilen Farm; Marie Curtin, Temple Dairy and Kenneth O'Connor, Food Academy Project Manager, SuperValu.
  • 2.00pm-3.00pm: Networking with sandwiches & tea/coffee
