Store layout management is a key component in Customer Experience in retail. It helps guide customers through the product range, aids in utilising space effectively and guides stock management policy. It helps shape brand identity and is a key factor in creating a shopping environment that is welcoming, inspiring and easy to use.
This workshop will focus on customer experience, store layout and design.
