One Stop Shop Event for Leitrim Employers

The Local Enterprise Office in Leitrim in conjunction with the North West Regional Skills Forum are hosting an information evening for Leitrim employers wishing to learn more about the various funding, support and services available from local education & training providers and other employer support organisations.

This event commences in the MSL ETB centre, St. George's Terrace, Carrick-on –Shannon on Wednesday March 21 at 5:30pm.

This “one-stop-shop” event will hear presentations from MSL ETB, IT Sligo and St. Angela’s College Sligo describing the numerous services available to employers in relation to funding for training existing employees, recruitment of graduates, apprenticeships, traineeships, research & innovation, support for new start-ups and much more.

LEO Leitrim (the essential resource for small enterprises in Leitrim) will provide an overview of the wide range of services they have available to employers. Presentations will also be delivered by Skillnets who provide significant funding for flexible education and training programmes for employers in a wide range of areas including management, retail, IT, tourism & hospitality, manufacturing, health and safety, digital marketing and technology. Employers will also get the opportunity to hear from Intreo who help employers with recruitment and provide a range of financial supports to assist with the costs of employment creation. Representatives from numerous other employer support organisations and agencies will also be in attendance. Employers will get an opportunity to speak to the various employer support organisation on a one to one basis.
