Completing this will ensure that you get the maximum possible benefit from the appointment. This questionnaire will issue near the date of the clinic.
• Digital Marketing Advice Clinics are limited to one slot per business and are for businesses in Co. Leitrim only. If your business is located outside of Co. Leitrim your booking will be cancelled.
