Training Objectives :

This half day course will provide a framework for participants to prepare a business plan and provide relevant information to the end user of the business plan, in striving to achieve the business objectives. The course will aim to build confidence in participants in writing a business plan and relevant information that can help achieve a 'winning business plan'.  

 Areas covered on this course :

• Introducing the why and the when in preparing a business plan;
• The who in preparing a business plan and what to include in the business plan;
• How to structure a business plan;
• Presenting a business plan to the end user.

This course will be delivered by John Dempsey.  John is an experienced business trainer and mentor, who has worked extensively within the SME sector. John has worked with a wide range of businesses who wanted to prepare business plans for a variety of reasons including as part of a funding application; or as a benchmark to assessing performance as a business develops and for other reasons.
