She is a breath of fresh air on stage, who provokes new ways of thinking and helps her audience arrive at new approaches to age old business and societal issues. As a Transformational Change specialist in Financial Services for almost 20 years, Breda has driven, embedded and overseen extensive change programmes across a number of large financial institutions in Ireland and the UK. She specialises in Technical, Innovative and Cultural change. Helping individuals and corporates to process and manage through change is second nature to this lady.

This can be applied to both business and personal life.  Since the foundation of Leitrim Office Supplies in 1990, she has emerged from the recession of the mid 80’s, she has experienced the introduction the Euro, the collapse of the Celtic Tiger in 2008, implementation of public procurement ,the impact of Brexit, and the ongoing impact of the Covid virus.

Michelle McLoughlin, is a business person with over twenty years’ experience in assisting businesses with their legal and business advisory and training requirements. She is the lead trainer with Train With Us Limited delivering workshops and lectures primarily for people in business with a particular emphasis on the SME sector.

She delivers mentoring and training for Local Enterprise Offices and delivers training for Skillnet organisations.
She is a qualified solicitor, tax consultant and trade mark agent.
She provides training in the areas of business compliance (including selling online, data protection, direct marketing, employment law and protection of intellectual property rights), law and taxation
