What is Green Start?

Green Start aims to enhance environmental performance by promoting resource efficiency, enabling businesses to gain a competitive edge and expand their market share through improved credentials and cost savings.  Projects within Green Start can range in scope, offering services such as implementing a comprehensive environmental management and reporting system or analyzing the carbon and environmental footprint of products or services. 

Businesses can apply for grant support towards the cost of hiring a Green consultant/trainer to undertake a short in-company assignment. The grant is intended for businesses unfamiliar with or lacking sufficient capability in environmental improvement methodologies.
