Orla Martin, Head of Enterprise and Lisa Molloy, Business Advisor in the Local Enterprise Office Offaly attended the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment Building Better Business event recently in the Midlands Park Hotel opened by Minister Simon Coveney and Minister Dara Calleary.

This event looked at how businesses in the Midlands Region can be assisted on their digitalisation and decarbonisation journey.

Orla outlined the supports available in the Local Enterprise Offices on the panel discussion, "How has Digitalisation improved your business’ bottom line?", especially #DigitalStart , #LEAN for Micro and #green for Micro to improve your business performance.

Lisa Dooley from The FACTORY joined the panel on ‘The business journey to a Low Carbon Economy’ and shared insights on their sustainability journey so far. 

This was a great opportunity for local businesses to learn more about digital transformation and decarbonisation.
