This event, hosted by the Local Enterprise Offices in the Midlands region, offers an exciting opportunity for participants to learn key tips from the experiences and journeys of all the speakers to apply to the running of their own businesses and the serenic location on the shores of Lough Ree will afford attendees the opportunity to step back from the day to day of running their own businesses and network, learn and share in the experience of other business women from the region.

This is event will showcase female entrepreneurs from a spectrum of business sectors and stages of their business journey from each County in the Midlands.
This ‘On the Couch’ style event will be in informal interview/chatshow format with MC, Sarah Jane Foster in conversation with all our entrepreneurs. The event will hear from Suzanne Jackson who is the brains behind one of Ireland's leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle blogs SoSueMe.ie. She is also the founder and CEO of the bestselling beauty brand, SOSUbySJ. Our Regional Ambassador Patricia Gibney will talk us through her entrepreneurial journey and how she became a successful fiction author.
MC Sarah Jane Foster - Sarah Jane Foster is an Irish Entrepreneur. She is the proud the owner of Ireland's top-rated video production company SJF Productions, she is also a Midlands Correspondent on the Jen Zamparelli show with 2fm.

Suzanne Jackson, SoSueMe - Suzanne Jackson is an Irish blogger and businessperson best known as the creator of the popular lifestyle blog So Sue Me as well as its corresponding YouTube and Instagram accounts. In addition to fashion and beauty inspirations, she maintains a section of the blog devoted entirely to the many facets of wedding planning., she released a range of beauty products and clothing in 2016-17.
Patricia Gibney, Fiction Author - Patricia Gibney worked for many years as a public servant and hails from Mullingar and through a series of events, some traumatic, some fortunate, and with focus and dedication, has become a successful crime fiction author selling 11 books in the Detective Lottie Parker Series with over two million sales. The series is also available in audio format, and paperback editions are published by Sphere UK and Hachette Ireland and foreign translations have sold to Italy, Spain, Norway, France, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Taiwan, and audio to Sweden and Finland.
