ONE Network Meeting 20th Feb - Delivering Outstanding Customer Service

For the first ONE Network meeting of 2017 we are delighted to welcome back Terry Harmer to give us a talk on “Delivering Outstanding Customer Service”.

Customer service excellence will give you the competitive advantage you need to survive in a tough and increasingly uncertain business climate. In today’s customer-oriented business environment, "people skills" are critical for personal and organizational success. How you handle your customers can directly affect your bottom line.

This talk will give you the skills you need to communicate professionalism, gain respect, enhance customer relationships and secure an overall competitive advantage.

About the Speaker:

After a period of four years, from 1973 to 1977 working in a family furniture business, Terry entered the insurance industry, and built a career (from Salesman to General Manager) on strengths in training & development, people management and leadership skills. He is on the SOLUS/ EI Mentor panel, trains FETAC courses in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Train the Trainer
