Profiling Your Customer in the Digital Era
For our March meeting we are delighted to welcome back Terry Harmer who will facilitate a practical, interactive session on how profile your customer.
When trying to decide on a marketing strategy, or carrying out research on a new product or service idea, it’s really important to figure out who your customer is.
This session aims to address this subject, and Terry will guide us through the following:
- Who are your existing/potential customers?
- Consumers / Retailers / Wholesalers / Manufacturers /Public Sector
- What does your customer look like?
- Who is the decision maker?
- How do you find out information about them?
