This month's talk at the ONE Network meeting is "Creating Sustainable Goals for Business Growth". The presentation will be given by ONE Network member Ronan Berry of Maunakea Coaching.

The presentation will cover topics such as:

• a brief and interactive 'history' of goals and goal setting in a business/personal context
• the hidden dangers of goal setting such as narrow focus, too many goals (quantity versus quantity) and inappropriate timescales
• consequences of goals that are too challenging (risk taking, unethical behaviour) 
• warning signs of individuals/leaders who are excessively fixated on goals
• creating goals that fit you as an individual and a business owner and align with your overall vision and mission
