Offaly County Council hereby invites tenders for the purchase of Industrial Site number 5 at Portarlington industrial Estate, Botley Lane, Portarlington, County Offaly.
The site comprises 0.29 hectares and is located on a fully serviced industrial estate.
Costs in relation to the connections to the services will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tenders for the purchase of this site should be submitted to Offaly County Council, Aras An Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Tenders should be clearly marked “Tender for purchase of Industrial Site No. 5, Portarlington Industrial Estate, Botley Lane, Portarlington”.
The closing date for receipt of tenders, on the prescribed Tender Form, is Thursday 14th March 2019, at 12.00noon.
