Strategies & Supports to address Business Opportunities & Challenges

There is a significant chance that if you own a business in Ireland you will be affected by Brexit. You may not be importing from or exporting directly to the UK but one of your suppliers may be, and the supply chain of many Irish businesses will be affected by the changes expected once Brexit occurs.

Even if Brexit doesn’t happen, businesses should be developing strategies to become more competitive, reduce waste and increase efficiencies. This seminar will highlight the benefits of LEAN thinking and supports available to prepare your business for a post Brexit scenario.

This event is being run in assocation with the Edenderry & Local District Chamber of Commerce. Speakers include representatives from Enterprise Ireland, Intertrade Ireland and the Local Enterprise Office. Lean expert Stuart Nelson of Jigsaw Consulting will speak about the benefits of using Lean techniques to save money, time and improve business performance. Rosderra Meats will share their experience and share some strategies and tips to address the challenges facing their business.
