She has supported hundreds of SMEs through digital adoption, ERP implementation, lean projects, and strategic planning—working with organisations like the Local Enterprise Offices, Enterprise Ireland, and MentorsWork. Rebecca also lectures at the Technological University of the Shannon, serves on the board of South Connacht CIS, and is an angel investor with Awaken Angels, supporting early-stage companies with funding and strategic guidance.
