Four day mentoring programme with Seamus Reilly

This four day mentoring programme is tailored to support five businesses who have started to trade (preferably with 12 months revenue) and are ready to start employing or who have employees.   Please note that those selected must commit to these sessions/dates before starting.

Seamus' aim is to prepare founders and owners for their future by doing what's right for the business and business owner.  He understands that there are many similarities between all businesses.  His aim is to add value by working with founders/owners who are at various stages of growth or ofter who are just 'stuck'.  Sometimes, it is due to being too caught up in the daily grind, (of which he was often guilty) or as is not surprising, not having the time to set the londer term goal and setting the path to achieve it, whatever it may be.  Seamus would like to think that he has much of offer at this point.  Having gone through the 'entrepreneurial' journey, experience supersedes all that books can offer when on the ground.

Who Seamus can help:

  • Those who have been putting off making a decision about business growth - lack of time/motivation.
  • Those who don't know where to go, or what the next level looks its.
  • Those who find it easier to ignore the problem than to address it.
  • Those who need a 'leg up' to the next stage.
  • Those will no processes in place.

How Seamus can help:

  • Experience - of what works and what doesn't - as an business owner and as an investor.
  • Ask challenging questions.
  • Innovation
  • Get clarity of vision.
  • Set goals and desires that works for them - personal and business.
  • Roadmap to achieve those goals.

WHAT’S INVOLVED? It is based on entrepreneurs supporting entrepreneurs. The sessions are focused on the achievement of goals and milestones and the exploration of relevant themes, As attached. Each session is about supporting them to address the challenges they face from day to day, developing and positioning their business for sustainability and growth. Selected candidates are expected to attend all events.

The structure for the four days are as follows:

  •  Day 4, there will be a group led session ( if Seamus feels the group dynamic is agreeable / suitable for all attendees). We will promote this programme as a progressive series of one to one mentoring and once the sessions begin we can review the potential of a collective / group session for the cohort on the final day in Birr.
