• The Local Enterprise Office Offaly is hosing a mentoring clinic which can address issues such as:
• Introduction to tendering and etendering including set up on etenders.gov.ie
• How to increase the opportunities open to the individual business.
• How the tendering and etendering process works and how effective tendering can develop a business's client base and increase revenue.
• How to choose, plan and deliver powerful tenders including practical tools that can be used by the business in the future.
• Sources of (where to look for) tendering opportunities including local opportunities, state tendering processes, private and community sector opportunities and practical opportunities outside Ireland.
• How to overcome obstacles and challenges in bid-writing.

This free one to one clinic (50 mins per participant) will be delivered by Ian McKay of Navigate Change Consulting.  He has delivered management consultancy and training for over 24 years.  During that period, Ian has delivered consultancy across Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and the US.  Ian has also built extensive experience on how to develop strong tender documents.
