This half day workshop aims to help you look at your belief and attitudes towards finance, release any limiting beliefs or money blocks and unleash greater confidence in how you approach your finances.

The course also focuses on building a financial vision and plan for the organisation that will drive the business forward.

Upon completion of this course participants will:

• Know how to interpret their financial accounts and past business performance.
• Understand their money beliefs including those that may be limiting them and the success of their business.
• Understand the difference between an optimistic and pessimistic explanatory style, the benefits of optimism and be introduced to a tool to access their level of optimism.
• Consider a pricing strategy that drives business performance.
• Create a financial vision and strategy for their business.
