Roscommon Local Enterprise Office and Mayo Local Enterprise Office are jointly organising 

FOOD ACADEMY 2015

for the Roscommon and Mayo areas.

The Food Academy, a joint initiative by Local Enterprise Offices, Bord Bia and The Musgrave Group (SuperValu), is a training programme that seeks to assist food producers in securing a SuperValu listing in local SuperValu stores with potential to supply other stores nationally.

This programme is suitable for food businesses in Roscommon and Mayo that have a food product either currently on, or ready for, the supermarket shelf.

This programme will take place over five days, and participants are required to attend all of the programme.
