NOTE: In order to participate on Remote Training, you must have access to reliable Wifi, have a microphone & camera on your laptop/tablet. Having both your camera and microphone on facilitates an interactive workshop, thereby enhancing learning and making for a more enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

Course Outline:

The aim of this training is provide participants with knowledge to allow them become a ROS customer and use ROS to its full potential. The training will demonstrate to participants the 3 steps to becoming a ROS customer and also demonstrate how to file a return online, upload a file created offline, make payments and use the inbox facility
