How to sell successfully

HOW  TO  SELL  SUCCESSFULLY   (12 maximum)

This course provides practice-based learning and is designed to help start-up and existing micro-enterprises undertake greater skills-based selling activity.  It aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to sell effectively to new and existing customers.  Participants will be provided with tips and techniques for handling all stages of the sales process, leading to increased confidence in selling.

This workshop is predominantly for those in Business-to-Business (B2B).

Objectives: 

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Plan the sales function and have the confidence to sell their products and services and skills to do so.
  • Pursue sales opportunities, generate leads and then present and negotiate successfully with those identified prospects.
  • Understand what buyers are interested in and the difference between features and benefits.
  • Handle objections.
  • Effectively close a sale and provide quality-after-sales follow-up.
