EOI for ETB Hospitality Leadership Programme commencing in Feb 2026 in West Cork - ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management. (2 month course - one session per week)

Cork College of FET – Bishopstown Campus, in partnership with the Local Enterprise Offices in Cork City, South Cork, and Cork North & West, is delighted to announce the 2026 Leadership and Management Programme for rising leaders in the hospitality sector.

This bespoke programme is designed to develop your team members’ leadership and management skills, helping them unlock their full potential and prepare for middle management roles.

Programme Details:
Start Date: Tuesday, 24th February 2026
Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
The course will run weekly from 24th February to 21st April.
Locations:  
TBC -  The ETB hope to offer this programme in both in person in a city centre and a West Cork location, so to ensure the programme can be of benefit to maximum
o Cork College of FET – Bishopstown Campus (Cork City)
o West Cork location (To Be confirmed based on demand - Kinsale / Clonakilty / Skibbereen)
Course Content:
· Developing Your Leadership Style
· Planning and Allocating Work
· Understanding Conflict Management in the Workplace
Certification: 
Successful participants will achieve the internationally recognised ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.
