Cork College of FET- Bishopstown Campus and the Local Enterprise Offices in our region (Cork City, South Cork, Cork Northand West) are delighted to launch a bespoke leadership and management programme for rising leaders in the retail sector.
The Programme will develop your team member’s leadership and management skills and unlock their leadership capacity.

Certification:
Successful learners will achieve the internationally recognised Institute of Leadership and management (ILM) Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
Benefits for employers:
After completing their training the rising leaders in your organisation will have an advanced understanding of their own leadership style, and will have the skills to work as in middle management.

Course Schedule:
This course will run on Mondays, 10.00 -14.00 on site in Cork College of FET Bishopstown.
The course will initially run from 21st October to the 4th November inclusive. We will cover the first module in Understand Customer Service in these two sessions - just in time for the Christmas period. We will then break for Christmas period and resume classes on the 13th January until the 7th April.
