Who needs a business plan? The Answer is anyone in business.

The type of plan you need depends on the size of your business, why your producing one and who the end reader is going to be.

Business plans can range in size from a simple 1 pager to the more complex 15 plus pager that Banks or Investors will look for.

I’ll cover off all issues around how to structure a plan, how to present it and most importantly how to use it once it’s done.

This will be delivered over a morning in a group setting with the use of PowerPoint, and interactive discussions with the group. I’ll run through the course outlined below but will get clients to engage in discussion, breakout sessions etc. to make it as interactive as possible

4. Business plans are vital for running a business and not just for borrowing money or getting investors.
5. How long should your plan be, how often do you revise it, how do you present it
6. Overview of 3 types of plan – 1 pager, simple plan and formal plan
7. What do you include in a business plan – executive summary etc. will go through each heading in detail
8. How to use your plan once it’s done
