Seamus Reilly built Critical Healthcare -  a medical distribution company from €0 to €20m and then sold this business. They experienced the pains and joys associated with building a strategic plan to realise their (personal) and the company's vision. Critical Healthcare developed its own IT platform to help differentiate  itself from their competitors. They exported into 9 countries in Europe. The company created their own brand of products while sourcing products in India & China. Seamus created a Senior Leadership Team, with challenges of finding the right people, coaching, mentoring and creating a succession plan based on KPI’s around the SLT. The business grew from Zero revenues and 3 employees to €20m and 45 employees.  Seamus also has experience of selling a successful business.

During the mentoring session, Seamus will cover the areas such as:

• What is the vision of your business?
• What are the Medium & Long term goals for the company and the owners.
• 5-10 Opportunities over this period.
• 5-10 Risks over this period.
• Review the existing Strategic Business Plan.
• Agree any updates or clarification to the 3 Year Business Plan or to the key business strategies including contribution to profit; investments required, KPIs and timelines.
• Establish and agree on the next steps including the Business scorecard/dashboard with relevant KPIs to ensure ongoing evaluation, monitoring of progress in relation to the key business strategies and related KPIs.
