This workshop will help you walk away with a clear, confident digital marketing strategy tailored to your goals.

You’ll also gain hands-on experience with a powerful suite of tools designed to help you plan, implement, and manage your strategy with ease.

Course Outline:

  • Digital Marketing and how it has evolved in the past, and predictions for the future
  • Digital Marketing Strategy (template provided): Key steps on how to develop a strategy based on the SOSTAC© model
  • SWOT analysis development
  • A review of all your digital assets – do you have a website that is fit for purpose, what social media channels are you using etc
  • Creating customer personas and why they are important
  • Defining their USP and how to narrate it on your digital marketing channels
  • Customer journey – walk participants through the journey customers take before and after purchasing using the RACE model (Reach, Act, Convert, Engage) and how to build a robust strategy that attracts customers/potential customers at each stage
  • Warm, cold and hot leads and understanding how to target customers at the different stages
  • Tool kit: A range of free and low-cost tools that will give you management of your digital marketing strategy
