Fingal Business Network recently hosted “Unlocking Business Opportunities through Networking and AI” on May 12th which attracted a crowd of over 90 people. This special event gave attendees an insight into ChatGPT. Host Noel Davidson gave a live demo of ChatGPT to illustrate how the technology can be used to enhance customer support and engagement in a business setting. Attendees also learned how Chat GPT can be applied to specific businesses to increase efficiency, improve decision making and enhance customer experience.
The session also discussed the concerns and pitfalls of AI and generated much discussion among participants which carried on well into lunchtime with people staying to chat and connect over a light lunch at the Riasc Centre. Those who attended had a fantastic opportunity to form valuable, new connections by engaging with their peers.
