Frank has been consulting in the HR space for over 25 years and has in recent years focused his attention on the SME sector, trading as HRforSMEs.ie. Previously he held senior HR positions in industry and at the Irish Management Institute. An accomplished author, Frank has co-written 5 management briefs in the subject areas of HR for Line Managers, Performance Management, Discipline and Dismissal, Bullying and Harassment and Redundancy. Frank completed his M.Sc (Mgmt) on the Trinity/IMI Organisation Behaviour Programme and obtained his PhD from Cranfield University in the UK. He recently completed UCD’s Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.

Frank will be followed by Mary Mangan who is Senior HR Business Partner with ESB Engineering and Major Projects. Mary will discuss how to nurture resilience in the workplace.
