Making an impact when presenting is the key to engaging an audience and developing a
rapport, which will stimulate positive outcomes. Participants will learn how to ‘present’
information in a way that engages the audience and motivates them to listen.
This programme will focus on gaining professional presentation techniques, including a
full appreciation of both verbal and non-verbal communication. Participants will design,
develop and deliver a presentation and will in turn give and receive constructive feedback
to cement the learning experience.
