Meet the Panel

Lisa-Nicole Dunne. Founder of Mantra Strategy Consulting and Leadership Institute. With more than 25 years’ experience across BMW Group Ireland, CMRF Crumlin, Focus Ireland, UNICEF Carphone Warehouse, DCU, Irish Life, Permanent TSB, Lisa-Nicole has raised more than €80 million for good causes and led organisations to significant growth before starting Mantra Strategy. Mantra Strategy started in the height of the pandemic in 2020. The organisation has grown to a team of 5, with 10 associates, and several collaboration and outsource partners. She is a trusted advisor to several business leaders at executive and non-executive level working with WorkEqual, AsIAm, SVP, Pieta, Vision Green, Payzone, Flogas, Coolmine therapeutic community, and Dogs Trust. 

Carol Ann Hickey and Barbara Nolan have facilitated various FEWN events for Local Enterprise Office Fingal. Both girls love to bring their networking and expertise in building a community with their M-Space flexible coworking business in Malahide. They have once again invited a very special friend to share her business experiences that promises to inspire and connect with you all.
