Local Enterprise Week - FEWN: Challenging your own relationship with FEAR and ACTION - 10th March 2023

Friday March 10^th - a date you do not want to miss. Fingal Enterprising Women Network is hosting a very special “Circle of Friends” finale event for the end of an action-packed Local Enterprise Week. A week full of inspiration, workshops and business tips, where we also celebrate International Women’s day with this year’s theme of ”Embrace Equality”.

SONYA LENNON embodies everything Local Enterprise Week 2023 is all about. An amazing entrepreneur, designer and co-owner of Lennon Courtney womenswear, a social entrepreneur founding Work Equal and LIFT Ireland and a high-profile advocate for equitable workplaces.

We are so excited to have Sonya and she is going to ask us all to “Challenge your own relationship with FEAR and ACTION”.

Let’s all embrace this new challenge. So far, our “Circle of Friends” has challenged the way we engage with others, has helped us overcome the fear of networking and how important being authentic is and surrounding yourself with people who have your back. So now it’s time to face our internal fears and what’s holding us back and learn how to overcome this and take real action.

And of course, we will be bringing some networking magic to the event.

Speaker Bio

Sonya Lennon is a designer of her womenswear brand (Lennon Courtney), a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, a social entrepreneur founding Work Equal and LIFT Ireland and a high-profile advocate for equitable workplaces. Sonya lobbies at European level for policy change and was recently called as an expert witness to the Joint Oireachtas Committee for gender equity. Sonya recently completed a Masters in Business Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
