This programme is for owners-managers planning for the next stage of their business cycle. It is recommended that businesses are established a minimum of 3 years such that the calibre of participants is high and business needs are similar.

The objective of the programme is to enable companies to become stabilised, ready for growth and to further improve competitive advantage.

Delivered by management consultant Blaise Brosnan of the Management Resource Institute, this Management Development programme combines management theory, powerful peer learning, networking and action learning approaches.

To date the MDP has assisted hundreds of owner-managers across Ireland in reaching long-term business goals and in significantly improving overall business performance.

Expected outcomes for participants on completion of the training programme:

  • Clarity of purpose for themselves and their business
  • Defining the business opportunity going forward
  • How to approach these opportunities in a smarter way.
