The Export Development programme is aimed at preparing SMEs to be ‘export ready’ by improving their strategy, sales, marketing, business planning, productivity, and leadership capabilities. Learn how to engage customers in new markets and the potential benefits for your business when selling abroad with confidence. The programme is delivered in-person over four half day workshops commencing on 7th March and includes one-to-one mentoring sessions.

Programme Overview:

LEO Fingal has developed a programme aimed at preparing SMEs to be ‘export ready’ by improving their strategic, sales & marketing, business planning, productivity and leadership capabilities. Discover a unique digital method for researching and selling online which you can take home and utilise to enhance your business development and sales strategy. Learn how to engage customers in new markets and the potential benefits for your business when selling abroad with confidence.  The programme will deliver a suite of workshops and one-to-one mentoring sessions that will support SMEs in developing their business capabilities to engage in new markets and export opportunities culminating in an Export Plan.

Participants will have the opportunity to apply for Local Enterprise Office Export supports and funding, including the Exporter Grant
