In her talk “A Taste of Success” Catherine will share her story & experience of female entrepreneurship together with the valuable insights gained from navigating the tough times, as well as celebrating those memorable moments in business!

Catherine is a well known media personality with four TV series to date, having just completed the second series of ”A Taste of Ireland” for Recipe.TV in the US for which she was nominated for a Day Time Emmy for Outstanding Culinary Host.
Catherine also co-presents the popular TV series “Lords & Ladles” which now airs on Netflix and enjoys TV appearances on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, and in America, where she has appeared on top US morning show, NBC’s “Today” Show. On an international level, Catherine's TV series have aired in over a dozen countries.
An accomplished author with five cookbooks under her belt (including a winner of the Irish Cookbook Awards), Catherine is currently Food Writer for the RTE Guide.
As owner of the renowned Ballyknocken B & B and Cookery School and an ardent supporter of fresh local produce, Catherine has built up a wealth of experience & knowledge as an entrepreneur and it is our great pleasure to hear the inspirational story of her journey as an entrepreneur.
