With years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in the financial sector, Donna combines strategic expertise with a genuine passion for people. Her approach is both practical and compassionate, empowering clients to build confidence, strengthen team dynamics, and prioritise wellbeing at every level. Her admirable work is backed up with accolades such as Network Ireland’s Emerging New Business Award and the Fingal Business Awards Best Professional Service. Over the past few years DRPW has availed of a number of business supports from LEO Fingal.. Supporting them throughout their business journey with training, grants and business mentoring. LEO Fingal helped Donna in the startup phase back in 2020 offering her courses such as “Leadership Skills for your Business”.
As Donna’s business idea excelled, she looked to take further steps by improving her online presence. LEO Fingal provided her with the Trading Online Voucher in 2022, a scheme designed to help improve websites, online sales and overall online presence. Donna then took part in the Lean for Business Programme in both 2023 and 2024, which allowed the business to increase performance and competitiveness. Donna also took part in the Leadership for Growth Management Development Programme, which helped grow leadership skills even further making her the admirable business owner she is today. In 2025 DRPW availed of 3 LEO supports, Digital for Business, Green for Business and a Business Expansion Grant. These initiatives helped support online growth, sustainability and gave financial support during the growth phase.
Donna has become a regular at many of LEO Fingal’s networking events, particularly the Fingal Enterprising Women’s Network events, giving her great opportunities to meet like-minded women in business and share her excellent ideas.
