Fidelma Greene of Fidelma Greene Consulting is a consultant & coach who specialises in helping leaders and business owners bring their vision to life with confidence and purpose.

After leaving a successful corporate career in technology in 2004, she founded her own consulting business and has empowered hundreds of professionals to transform their mindset, claim their worth, and achieve both fulfilment and financial success.

Guided by her spirituality and intuition, which have shaped key moments in her personal and professional journey, Fidelma draws on her strengths as a Highly Sensitive Leader—empathy, connection, problem-solving, and deep insight—to inspire others to step into their true potential.

Today, she continues her mission to support leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide while enjoying life in Ireland with her husband, Paul, and their three teenagers.

Through her consulting and coaching work, Fidelma has built a reputation for helping entrepreneurs and leaders gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their careers and businesses.

With 40 years of professional experience, she offers tailored strategies through coaching, workshops, and masterclasses, guiding clients to turn ideas into positive results. Her award-winning approach is recognised for combining practical business insight with intuition and creativity, enabling clients to achieve lasting growth and sustainable success.

Fidelma has been a consistent client over the years with the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Fingal. Fidelma has availed of many of LEO’s training and has been a regular at events for numerous years.

She first received mentoring and consulting all the way back in 2009, from the Fingal County Enterprise Board (previous incarnation of the Local Enterprise Office). This was a great way for Fidelma to receive support and gain help to keep developing her strong business idea. She returned for more mentoring and consulting in 2012, helping her to propel her already established business on further.

A few years later in 2016, Fidelma availed of the Trading Online Voucher (TOV), one of LEO Fingal’s many financial support schemes which grants money to small and medium sized businesses to help their online trading abilities. The TOV was hugely beneficial for Fidelma, allowing her to improve her online presence and digital capabilities and enabled her to reach new customers and expand her market reach.

Fidelma continues to be a part of the LEO events, most notably the Fingal Enterprising Women Network (FEWN) events. She is one of the only clients to have been attending the FEWN event since the beginning in 2015. She was recognised for her support and commitment over the years by Head of Enterprise at LEO Fingal, Oisin Geoghegan, who gave her a special mention at the 10-year FEWN anniversary celebration event which was recently held in the Carlton Hotel.

Fidelma’s hard work and passion for what she does has earned her a lot of praise and recognition. In 2012 she featured in the Irish Independent, in an article highlighting women who run successful businesses while balancing family life simultaneously. In the same year she was named as the President of Network Dublin.

She has also written a book, “7 Steps to Success by Doing Less and Being More” which she is offering for free on her website https://www.fidelmagreene.com/
