Noele McEvoy was looking for a solution as her daughter was unable to consume dairy, gluten, or processed sugar. Her daughter’s dietary restrictions made growing up quite challenging for her as she often couldn’t eat over at friends’ houses, out at restaurants or at parties. Noele had a desire to create her own natural treats for her daughter which she could enjoy with her friends. Noele realized just how much potential her products possessed when her children's friends and parents began asking for some of these chocolate snacks, and this became the concept for Noele’s business.
