Fingal's Female Entrepreneurs Celebrate Christmas Early

                                    FEWN Circle of Friendship

Over 120 businesswomen congregated at the last Fingal Enterprising Women Network event of the year in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown, Co. Dublin. The December networking event, hosted by Local Enterprise Office Fingal, proved to be a big hit with businesswomen who turned out in large numbers to mingle with like-minded entrepreneurs, build their network of business contacts, and enjoy a festive Christmas lunch.

Friendship circles was the topic of the day, with two special guests, Helen Creegan-Walsh and John Murray sharing their tips and knowledge as well as emphasising the importance of building reliable friendships with fellow female entrepreneurs in the local business community to seek and source advice.

Friendship Tables were a key staple of the Christmas event which helped to get conversations flowing among those in attendance. Through friendship tables, guests were presented with a great opportunity to grow their businesses all while meeting new friends.

Cllr Howard Mahony, Mayor of Fingal who attended the event, acknowledged that: “Local Enterprise Office Fingal places a strong emphasis on ensuring that entrepreneurs have access to a diverse range of business networking opportunities. There is a bustling business community in Fingal and the Fingal Enterprising Women Network provides a fantastic platform which enables local businesswomen to connect and actively expand their enterprises”.

Speaking after the event, Oisín Geoghegan, Head of Enterprise Fingal, explained, " Fingal Enterprising Women Network has hosted several events over the course of the year for our female entrepreneurs. 2022 has been a great year for the network, as hundreds of female entrepreneurs have had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and range of business contacts by attending such events. We are committed to providing continued support for businesswomen in Fingal throughout 2023”
